A Few of My Favourite Things:
Favourite way to start my day: I always feel my best when I make healthy choices right from waking up. I like to have a smoothie and then enjoy a good workout to get me ready for the day.

Favourite healthy lunch: A good quinoa salad with lots of veggies and of course feta cheese!

“I believe my role as a physiotherapist is to foster self-efficacy; I’m here to give you the tools to help you believe in yourself, and show you what you are truly capable of.” – Jenna Sarjeant

Growing up playing soccer and ringette, I dealt with many injuries. When I went to see my doctor after injuring my knee at age 12, I was told I had to take a year off to recover. From a young athlete’s perspective, a year is an eternity. So I went to see a physiotherapist, where I was prescribed a proactive treatment plan that allowed me to return to the sports I loved.

Physiotherapy combines my passion for coaching with my love for the human body.

I take a mentoring approach to assisting patients on the rehab journey, while also helping you better understand the way your muscles work and what’s going on with your body.

I love building connections with my patients and encouraging you to achieve your goals, whether you’re a high-level athlete or a weekend warrior.

I believe my role as a physiotherapist is to foster self-efficacy; I’m here to give you the tools to help you believe in yourself, and show you what you are truly capable of. Sometimes it takes an external source to motivate us to show up as our best selves.

There’s no such thing as a perfect life free of injury, pain or illness; but there is a way to manage these setbacks.

I take an active approach to rehab through the use of exercise therapy as well as manual therapy. I’m here to provide the guidance you need, while giving you the confidence to be a leader in your own health and wellness.

I’m proud to work alongside other healthcare leaders in our community.

When people hear the word “Align,” they know this is a place they can count on to get the help they need. Our patients have high standards for the level of care they receive here, and it’s my job to deliver on these expectations.
