Sports and athleticism have defined my life. From soccer and hockey, to a stint as a long-distance runner, I’ve put my body through just about every type of training you could imagine. Along the way, I not only became fascinated with how the body gets from point A to B, I experienced just how powerful a good massage can be. 

Athletes take advantage of anything they can in order to perform better — and massage is one of those tools. In order to perform your best you have to prioritize your recovery.

I love working with athletes to figure out what the root cause of their pain or weakness are based on their history. Whatever your sport or concern, my job is to help you enhance your performance by giving your muscles the release they need.

Whether you’re an athlete or a weekend warrior, I know just how important it is for your body to move as well as you feel. As an rehabilitation assistant, I’ve worked with patients recovering from total hip replacements, total knee replacements and back surgeries using massage techniques that help reduce pain, improve circulation, and enhance muscle performance.

I believe the mentality that each day presents an opportunity to improve is key in sport — but it’s also important for your overall health. When you come for a massage, it’s not only about me treating you. You play a vital role in achieving your health and recovery goals, which is why I always prescribe exercises and stretches for you to take home.

And, working with other Align practitioners to combine our skills, I’ll help design a one-of-a-kind treatment plan for you and your goals. This multidisciplinary approach is key to helping you feel good.
