The excitement of the new year has come and gone, and with it, some of you may have noticed your motivation to stick to those resolutions you vowed to accomplish back on January 1st beginning to wane as well.

If you already feel yourself falling back into old routines and putting off your health goals you’re not alone. More than 40 per cent of people give up on their New Year’s Resolutions after only one month, according to a poll by the Statistic Brain Research Institute.
